Ski Bartlett Loyalty Points

We love our customers at Ski Bartlett. As our way of saying thank you and making your experience better than ever, we're introducing our very own loyalty points. All purchases made after the 2nd of November 2018 are eligible.

How does it work?

It couldn't be simpler. For every £1 you spend online you'll earn 1 point. With each point worth 5p, you’ll build up the balance in no time. 

Some quick examples for you:

  • Buy a new helmet for £150 and receive £7.50 worth of points
  • Treat yourself to new boots for £400 and receive £20 worth of points
  • Kit out the entire family for £2,500 and receive £125 worth of points

You'll receive any loyalty points earned 14 days after your purchase. Any items that are returned within this period will not count towards your point balance. 

There's no limit to how much of your E-Wallet you can spend per transaction. Saved up £1,000 of credit? Spend it all at once if you'd like - you've earned it.

How do I see how many points I will earn for a purchase?

Each £1 spent is worth 1 point, so for a £250 purchase you will receive 250 points. During checkout, you’ll also be able to explicitly see how many points you will be earning. 

How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?

In your customer account options you’ll see a section called My Points

Click this to be taken to a page showing your current loyalty points. On this page will be a button to convert your points to E-Wallet credit. 

 

How do I spend my E-Wallet Credit?

At checkout you will have the option to use your E-Wallet balance as full or partial payment for your basket depending on the value of your wallet. 

Can I return an item purchased with E-Wallet credit?

Our standard return policy applies to items purchased with E-Wallet credit. We can only refund the value back into your E-Wallet. 

Why haven’t I received my points yet?

Points are earned 14 days after purchase. Any returned items do not count towards the number of points earned. If you have not received points for qualifying purchases after this time period please contact us
