Energiapura Adjustable Long Back Protector - Marco Schwarz

The Energiapura Long Back Protector is the result of an extensive development program that led to CE certification specifically for skiing, including performance at temperatures down to –20°C. Energiapura is the first company to offer a double-certified back protector, engineered and designed specifically for winter sports.

The effectiveness of the protector is guaranteed by its CE certification in the back protection category, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/425. In particular, the product meets the requirements of the EN 1621-2:2014 standard for motorcycling and winter sports.

Laboratory tests were conducted at temperatures ranging from 0°C to –20°C, as well as at 21°C (room temperature), to simulate the extreme conditions encountered during winter sports activities.

The Long Back Protector is constructed from three layers of memory foam with varying thicknesses and perforations. This structure makes the protector ergonomic, highly elastic, and breathable. Once worn, body heat ensures a perfect fit and close adherence to the user’s back.

The three-layer design effectively absorbs and disperses impact energy, progressively reducing force from one layer to the next and distributing it across the entire surface of the protector.
