Shop Floor Sales Staff

Established in 1965, Ski Bartlett is one of the UK's most popular independent ski shops, with over 50 years of experience. We pride ourselves on our high standards, excellent customer service and the quality of our products. Over the years we have expanded our retail space to house a vast selection of ski products and our online presents is going from strength to strength.

Ski Bartlett is recruiting for the coming season and beyond.

We are a large, independent ski specialist based in Hillingdon, Middlesex (UB10 0NP), serving customers from across London, the Home Counties and well beyond. Our location gives us excellent access to the motorway network and London airports, and our reputation means customers regularly travel considerable distances to visit us.

We have a large and extremely busy boot fitting department, a well-equipped workshop and a busy retail and mail-order operation. We are now looking for enthusiastic, experienced and reliable people to join our team as we reorganise and strengthen the business.

SHOP FLOOR SALES STAFF

We are always interested in hearing from good people who would like to join our busy shop floor team.

The role covers much more than simply selling ski equipment. Our shop floor staff are involved in:

Ski sales
Ski Race equipment
Back protectors, helmets, goggles and accessory advice, fitting and sales
Clothing sales assistance
General product advice
Answering customer telephone enquiries
Checking customers in for boot fitting appointments
Booking in workshop work
Helping customers throughout their visit
Supporting the rest of the team during busy periods

Experience in ski retail would be an advantage, but enthusiasm, product knowledge, excellent customer service and the ability to work as part of a busy team are equally important.
