What are your opening hours?

Can I park in front of the shop?

Parking is available in the bus lane directly outside the shop, between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and all day weekends. There is also parking available in the service road opposite at all times.

I have a question about an item online?

Please give us a call on the number at the top of the page or fill in a contact form on the contact us page. We are always happy to help and give advice.

Is everything online or do you have more stock in store?

Almost everything is on the website. As soon as new products arrive in store we aim to get them on the website within 1 week. But if you don't see something online, you are very welcome to make a trip to the store, we'd love to see you, or, you could just call or e-mail.

What are your delivery charges?

We have two options for smaller items: 1-2 day or 3-5 day service, but goods often arrive within 48hrs. Prices range between £0.95 & £25.00, dependent upon weight and size.

We also offer a 1-2 day Courier service in the UK from £6.50

For UK Mainland orders over £100, we offer a FREE economy delivery option  (estimated delivery 3-5 working days).

Will you ship Internationally?

We accept orders to the USA & Canada, but please contact us first to discuss delivery cost/methods, either via email (info@skibartlett.com) or telephone (+44 20 8848 0040).

Please note, any UK order that will travel overseas ie. to the highlands and Islands (postcodes listed below) will incur a £10.00 handling cost. Scottish Highlands & Islands: AB37-38, 41-45, 51-56 FK19-21 IV1-28, 30-37, 40, 52-54, 63 KW1-3, 5-14 PA21-39 PH15-26, 30-41HS1-9 IV41-49, 51, 55-56 KA27-28 KW15-17 PA20, 40-49, 60-78 PH42-44 ZE1-3.

 My goods have been dispatched when will I receive them?

When you place an order via our website, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been place and is being processed.

Once we have completed fulfilling your order, you will receive another email to confirm that your item(s) have been shipped and on it’s way to you!

If you do not receive your item within 1 week of despatch, please contact us.

Do you have my size in stock?

We show all available sizes displayed on our website, next to each item.

The item I am looking for is not on your website, can you order it for me?

We are often able to place special orders for some products not showing on our website. Please contact us on 020 8848 0040 or via the contact page with the product details you are looking for and we will do our best to order it in especially for you.

Please note that any special orders will be on a non-refundable, non-exchangeable basis. 

How do I know that my credit/debit card details are safe?

All credit/debit cards transactions are completely safe when used via Ski Bartlett. All transactions are made on a secure server and we have no access to them. We use SagePay as a secure payment provider. For further details please check our  Privacy Policy.

Can I have my order delivered to a work address?

Of course! This allows you peace of mind knowing that your package will arrive safely and there will always be someone available to sign for it. 

What happens if I am unable to take delivery?

If you are not available at the delivery address specified, our carrier will usually leave a “Sorry you weren’t in” card and your goods will be taken to your local depot or sorting office. You can then arrange for an alternative delivery date or collect your parcel from there. But please be aware, after two attempts the driver may return it to us which will incur further costs to you if we need to resend it.

How will my product(s) be packaged?

Your product(s) will be safely packaged for despatch in either a box or a bag. 

If I return an item to exchange or refund, how long soon will I get my refund?

If you require a refund with no exchange, we will refund your card within 7 days of receiving your returned item(s). This normally takes 3 working days to appear as a refund on your statement, depending on your bank / card provider. You should receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
