Marker Kingpin DEMO 10 Touring Ski Binding - Black/Gold

The innovative Marker Kingpin 10 ski binding has earned its stripes as the performance standard in Pintech all-terrain binding technology. With DIN/ISO certification from TUV, the Kingpin's unique toe and heel pieces are the culmination of years of research, development and testing. Ease of use, a certified release function and unbeatable power transmission on the descent mean that you've never had a day in the backcountry like the ones you'll have on the Kingpin. The PinTech design on the Kingpin toe piece promotes an ergonomic foot hold and the most direct connection to the ski. Six steel springs are equivalent of a DIN setting of up to 10, and the fixed position makes it quick and easy to step straight in. The revolutionary heel design does not feature the two pins of standard touring bindings and instead clamps around the boot heel like a regular alpine binding. A wide sole contact point allows the Kingpin to deliver the direct, lossless power transfer more frequently seen in alpine bindings. The simple Kingpin climbing aids can be set at 0°, 7° or 13° and are easily deployed or stowed using the basket of the pole.
