To check if the helmet is the correct size, adjust the retention system properly. You will know the helmet is the right size when it sits snuggly and does not come off when quickly rotating the head forward and backward, as well as side to side. 

 If you do not have access to helmet for fitting, measure your head with a Shred tape measure by placing it around your head and horizontally over your eyebrows. Feel free to ask in our shop to help you out in the process. We will help you to choose the right size.
