Are you able to add value to our fast-growing e-commerce website?
We are looking for a full-time E-commerce Manager, to join our team of Snowsports enthusiasts. Managing a close-knit ecommerce team, with the goal of optimising web performance across the brand. This is a very varied role which will include but not be limited to the following tasks:
- Accountability for ecommerce sales, targets and growth
- Managing marketing budgets to ensure efficient ROAS
- Develop and deliver a rolling calendar of email, website and social media marketing. Photoshop / Graphic design skills are essential
- Overseeing rollouts of promotional offers across the website along with promotional assets & landings pages to support offers across all platforms
- Maintain the overall accuracy of our website content and inputting new products. Must have the ability to write accurate product descriptions and a keen eye for detail
- Maintaining overall site speed & efficiency
- You will be the first point of contact with our digital marketing agency, keeping them informed of product changes and promotions
- Work with the various external providers to integrate any new software and procedures into the company and help train staff on using any the new systems
- Track and report website sales using reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Salesfire & Mailchimp
- Maintain and optimise user experience through site navigation, category filters and site map
- Vigilantly review the websites to identify bugs, issues and errors
- Communicate and fix issues with external providers
- Working closely with the customer service team to deliver our consistently high standards
- Applicants must be well organised, self-motivated with strong time management and prioritisation, calm under pressure and have the ability to deliver to deadlines.
Skills/experience required for the role:
Essential:
- Ecommerce managing experience
- Experience managing a team
- Use of graphic design software - Photoshop or similar
- Experience using Mailchimp or similar email software
- Use of Visualsoft platform or similar – Shopify, Magento
- Microsoft office/Google suite experience, especially excel & sheets
- SEO basics and optimising content for search
- Be highly motivated, self-directed, efficient, resourceful and results oriented
- The desire to maintain accuracy of website and EPOS content
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, email, social media, display
Desirable:
- Knowledge of current e-commerce trends and website design
- Brand guideline awareness
- Use of Google Tools such as:- Analytics and Adwords
- Copy writing
- Experience with EPOS or content management systems
- Website optimisation best practices and implementation
- Digital marketing best practices and implementation
- Good at managing a team and collaborating on ideas and best practices
- Thorough, systematic approach to each task and ensuring completion
- Great attention to detail
- Organisational skills - constantly maintain & improve organisational systems
- Have excellent & professional communication skills

- You are motivated and passionate about improving customer experience online
- Be keen to learn and keep up to date with current trends and technology within e-commerce platforms and the snowsports industry
- Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on key initiatives under tight deadlines required
