The lightness is achieved by using POC’s patent pending ballistic APB, Anti Penetration Barrier. In this unique injection process, Aramid is placed between the thin vacuum molded outer shell and EPS liner. The result is an ultra lightweight helmet weighing only 375g that can withstand penetration and it certified to meet CE-1011 and ASTM standards.
