The Hestra Heli Ski glove consists of over 109 parts. Production consists of 46 operations, including cutting, sewing and pressing. The gloves then pass through 18 quality checkpoints before they are finished. It takes our experienced glove makers one and a half hours to make a single pair of gloves - about three times what it takes to sew an exclusive mens shirt.
